Bodhi Suspension System

2019 dates TBD

Go beyond standard suspension exercise. Way beyond.

With two independent ropes and four suspension points, the Bodhi Suspension System™ gives your instructors and members more exercises and more fitness challenges than any other suspension system.

Developed by Pilates instructor Khita Whyatt and businessperson Kirsten Sell, the Bodhi Suspension System includes two independent ropes which, when installed, create four suspension points. This allows for endless opportunities to suspend the body from each point. In addition, each point choice adds strength, flexibility, balance and proprioceptive challenges.

No other single suspension system can do this.

Exercises include:

  • Strength

  • Stability

  • Balance

  • Proprioception

  • Flexibility

Suitable and adaptable for all populations, the Bodhi Suspension System is perfect for group exercise, semi-private and private sessions, post-rehab sessions.
