Delia Buckmaster - Owner and Pilates Teacher

Delia Buckmaster is the founder of Delia Pilates and a nationally recognized educator in the Pilates industry. With over 20 years of experience, she brings both technical mastery and a mindful, grounded approach to movement.

A Montana lover, Delia began her Pilates journey on the mat and quickly fell in love with its transformative power. She now trains instructors worldwide while continuing to teach at her studio in Whitefish.

Amy Lewandowski - Pilates Instructor

A Montana native, Amy has been teaching in many forms for most of her life—from Montessori classrooms to Pilates studios. She received her Pilates certification through BASI in 2015 and blends functional strength, mobility, and mindfulness in every session, drawing from her love of outdoor adventure and her years of experience with youth athletes and aging populations alike.

Amy also works as a certified Neurofeedback technician at Montana Health Collective in Whitefish, supporting clients with a holistic approach to mind and body health.

Julie Wentworth - Pilates Instructor

Julie began her Pilates journey right here in Whitefish over 15 years ago, and in 2016 completed her comprehensive classical certification through Equinox Sports Club in Boston. With a background in education and fitness, she brings clarity, care, and athletic insight to every class she teaches.

Originally from Cape Cod, Julie has lived in Montana since 2006. When she’s not in the studio or tutoring, she’s out adventuring with her partner and daughter.

Maureen Gerber - Pilates Instructor

Maureen has been teaching Pilates since 2009 and brings a calm, confident energy to every session. Her training includes certifications from Peak Pilates and Balanced Body in Mat, Reformer, Chair, and Tower/Cadillac, as well as Barre. She’s also completed numerous continuing education workshops, including advanced work with Ron Fletcher in Tucson, AZ.

Originally from New Jersey, Maureen spent years in Mississippi and Alabama before calling Whitefish home in 2021. She’s passionate about helping clients build strength and mobility through mindful movement—whether on the mat, reformer, or any piece of equipment.

Outside the studio, Maureen is a licensed real estate agent in the Flathead Valley and a fan of all things outdoors: hiking, biking, and the occasional day on the slopes.

Shelby Heaton - Pilates Instructor

A Flathead Valley native, Shelby completed her comprehensive Pilates certification through Pilates Sports Center in Arizona after earning her BA in California. She brings a personal understanding of injury recovery and a deep love for movement to every session.

Shelby is passionate about helping clients build strength and mobility through a thoughtful, equipment-based approach—and she’s thrilled to be teaching in her hometown.
